I don't know about you, but lately I can't seem to write anything except anti-trump stuff. Mostly I've been taking other people's drawings of animals (send me yours, [email protected], I like jpegs) and putting leftist words with them. I know it doesn't really do anything, it doesn't stop our country from being an asshole, but it makes me feel better. And it's an opportunity to feel like a part of something, because so far 23 people have contributed drawings to the project, and the images are appearing in Maudlin House in a column called Angry Giraffe.
So anyway, I thought it might be useful to compile a list of literary magazines and small presses actively seeking anti-trump work. And then I discovered that Entropy Magazine has an ongoing list of just this kind, under "Where to Submit Your Writing" at trumpwatch.entropymag.org/artwriting/.
Not on their list:
Booth Books, Birth of the White House Cool: Reflections on the Obama Years
Light Quarterly, Poem of the Week
Passages North, Urgent and Timely Responses
Unconfirmed rumor: William Allegrezza at Moria Books will publish 100 anti-trump digital chapbooks through locofo chaps in honor of the first 100 days of the "presidency."
